The unit is cmposed of subsurface line-frequency cored combination furnace, micro-stroke back stepping drawing machine, synchronous shearing machin/cutting macine, take-up macine/collection table and so on. The working process is automatically controlled by PLC system. The techinical parameters are are easy to adjust, so that the quality of castings is significantly improved. Tje imot os characterized by advanced technology, novel structure and obious energy saving suitabe. Suitable for producintg copper pipe,copper strips,barss strip, phosphor bronze strips, zinc-copper -nickel alloy strips etc. The products can be strips, pipe billets, round billets, square billets, square billets, hexagonal rods and other irregular billet.
